Phoenix

"Phoenix, or Phönix as it was originally named in its homeland, is a green grape used both for winemaking and as a table grape. Produced in 1992 at Geilweilerhof in Siebeldingen by crossing the vitis vinifera variety Bacchus with the hybrid grape Villard Blanc. It has compact bunches with large grapes with a clear muscat aroma and gives fresh acidity in the wine." We grow Phoenix here at Tullnäs.
